Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • a tracking number to monitor your package

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Buyo Store is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number. If you still need assistance, contact our support team and we will help investigate the issue.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for:

Damaged Packages
